How to Initiate a Return

2. Share your order number and photos of the product.
3. We will arrange a free pickup from your address.
4. Once received and inspected, we issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Minor variations in grain, colour, and texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted mango wood and are not considered defects.
• Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless damaged.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
